MELT. is a Berlin-based recruitment company, specialising in the electronic media sector for Germany, Switzerland & Austria.

MELT. supplies a large pool of experienced and pre-screened talented candidates(both, permanently employed & freelance) from different media divisions and recruits candidates via direct approach & networking from entry level up to top management.

Alongside their main expertise, recruitment, MELT. offers management consultancy for media companies and media start-ups.

Asta Baumoeller

Asta studied Design & Visual Communication in New York, Stuttgart and Duesseldorf . She has worked in the media industry since 1989 and has more then 11 years of experience in leadership and HR management.

Starting her career in the Art Direction Department of RTL Television Cologne she went on to join VIVA Television (German Music Television) and was responsible for the operational project management and start-up activities of VIVA Italy in Milan.

Returning to Germany in 2002 she became Managing Director and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Swiss subsidiary branch of VIVA, in Zurich, which she took into profit during her 5 year term there.

In 2007 Asta stepped down from management, in order to return to Germany and to found MELT.MEDIA RECRUITMENT.
