Established in 1990 by HR Professionals, Arethusa is now one of the leading companies for Middle and Senior Management Search and Selection. Based in Central Milan, Arethusa offers high-level search and selection for local and multinational Clients.

The company has a specialist Media practice led by Aldo Magnone which works with clients in the entertainment, internet, publishing, licensing and related sectors. Clients include Walt Disney, MTV, De Agostini, Discovery, Electronic Arts, and Prima Tv/Sports Italia amongst many others.

Francesco de Mojana

Starting out with the Pirelli Group, he then moved on to the De Agostini Publishing Group where he worked first as Head of Selection, Training & Development within Human Resources, and then as Human Resources Director in one of the group's companies. In March 1990 he founded Arethusa.

Aldo Magnone

Aldo has extensive experience in HR , particularly geared towards the areas of Selection, Training and Organizational Development in major multinational groups such as Colgate-Palmolive, Star Alimentare SpA, Pirelli and latterly, Walt Disney.

In his 10-year career with the Walt Disney Group, Aldo was HR Director in different countries of Southern Europe and had the responsibility of HR management for all Disney lines of business: Publishing, Television, Cinema, Internet, Licensing and Retail.
