Fatima Urosa, heads up Searchlight España . Throughout her career, Fatima has gained a deep knowledge of both the Spanish and the international film and TV industries. She has worked in various fields such as production, international sales, marketing, servicing and HR, for a number of companies in both Spain and the UK. She previously worked at Disney ABC ESPN Television and the British Film Institute, both in London.
